Trailer Park Sales On Dramatic Decline

Posted on 15 May 2009 by Howard Downs

A local trailer park owner is left scratching his head after his once popular community has become a ghost town after dramatic decline in new attendants. 'I'm really puzzled. I can't figure out why folks are leaving and no one is moving in,' said Farmer Brinklehemm. Majority of departing residents were concerned over Farmer's recent antics such as changing the parks name from 'Shady Trailer Park' to 'Trespassers Will Be Shot Survivors Will Be ReShot! Smile I Will.' Brinklehem thought the new name would detour potential break ins and random crimes. 'I'm all about safety first,' explained the parks owner Brinklehem. 'We saw too many random crimes occuring and I figured why not switch things up a bit and see if the bad guys would quit attacking the park.' Since the name change the park has had a dramatic decrease in crimes mainly due to every resident putting the wheels on their homes and pulling out. 'Its kinda nice, the vending machine is now always stocked and I never have to wait in line to do laundry,' explained the only other resident living in the park Dora LaSalsa. 'Its a nice and quiet park. I love it here.'
